Some people think it's rude to turn up to someone's house empty handed... why not take brownies! You'll be sure to be invited back! 😋

Single flavour 7.5" x 8.5" box: £22
(Only £1.83 per slice, if cut into 12 -what a bargain!)

Perfect for sharing (...or not! No judgement here).

Triple Chocolate Chunk Shortbread

These beauts absolutely deserved to be shown off in the [last of the?] Autumn sunshine! ☀️😍

Baileys Brownies

Thick, fudgey Baileys brownies, with the most luxurious Baileys ganache! 🤤

It's almost that time of year when I start putting Baileys in all my hot chocolates, and what better to go with it than a Baileys brownie! 😋

Tiramisu Brownies

These.are.phonemenal! 🔥

Honestly one of the best thing I've ever baked, and I feel so sad for all of the people who haven't tried them yet!

(Of course, you could change that and get an order in! 😉)

Caramel Iced Latte with Baileys Ganache 😋

It may not be baking, but this drink was a thing of wonder and made with leftovers from baking, so surely deserves a space on the grid!

I used leftover caramel to line the glass and added a spoon of marscapone and two spoons of Baileys ganache to the frothed milk. It was so decadent and so delicious, and will definitely be served when I open my coffee shop/ bakery/ book shop/ gift shop hybrid with my besties! 😆

Caramel Creme Egg Brownies

OK, OK, I promise this is my last Easter themed post, as we edge ever nearer to Christmas! (Yes, I said the C word!) I'll be thinking about these until next Easter though... or at least until Boxing Day, when Creme Eggs will appear in the shops once again!

Stop scrolling!!

These Creme Egg brownies need a moment of appreciation! 😍

Creme Egg Cookies

How have I not given these cookies their own post yet?! 😍

Chunky, delicious cookies stuffed with chocolate chips, Creme Egg spread, Creme Egg Oreos, and half a Creme Egg. Oh, and topped with the other half of the Creme Egg, just for good measure!

Literally the stuff of a Creme Egg lover's dreams/ Creme Egg hater's nightmares!! (Wait, do Creme Egg haters exist...?! Surely not!)

Summer Holiday Baking ☀️

Here's a little round-up of a few of the things that have come out of my kitchen over the past 6 weeks.

With my order books closed, it's been a quiet, chilled time (in terms of baking, not general life! My boys have kept me very busy! 😅). But September is [almost] here, my order books are wide open once more, and I'm ready and raring to get back to baking for you lovely lot!

If you have a celebration or event coming up, or just fancy a little treat, send me a message. I'd love to chat! 😊
