BARE BONES CHOCOLATE
Proud to be one of the very few UK producers who craft from bean to bar.

Bare Bones Chocolate is a micro-batch, bean to bar chocolate company based in Glasgow. The chocolate is made in their workshop in the centre of Glasgow, in batches of around 30kg at a time. The cacao is roasted on a modified Giesen coffee roaster, to get the best possible quality for every batch. Their beautiful boxes are made from recycled coffee cups.

This weekend we took advantage of the mild autumn weather and walked a loop around Aberlour - following the woodland path past the Aberlour Distillery arriving at the idyllic scene of Linn Falls.
