Mondays during the Glasgow Fair look a little different for me… 🚗💚

On the road to Dundee today for an in-person Thermomix demo.

There really is something magical about seeing a Thermomix in action. You can watch all the videos in the world, but nothing compares to standing beside it, asking questions, tasting the food and suddenly thinking…

“Ahhh… now I get it.”

That’s my favourite part. Watching that lightbulb moment happen. ✨

Some traditions are worth keeping.

In this house, it’s homemade Yorkshire puddings every Sunday. My boys will grow up knowing that the best Yorkshires come from a bowl, a few simple ingredients, and a Thermomix.

Golden. Crispy. Towering.

If it grows, I’ve probably steamed it.

Most requested breakfast since we got back from holiday?

Porridge. 🥣

I count myself lucky that my boys absolutely love it!

Five minutes in the Thermomix, no standing stirring, and so many topping combinations that it never gets boring.

Fresh fruit, homemade strawberry jam, a drizzle of honey… and three empty bowls. 🍓🍌🍯

I’d say bringing the Thermomix camping was one of my better ideas. 🏕️✨

Because that’s the thing… the TM7 isn’t just for pristine kitchens. It earns its place wherever life takes you. ❤️

Less time cooking. Less washing up. More time paddleboarding, exploring, making memories and sitting around the picnic table together.

This edition: 🍯 Honey & mustard ham, slow cooked to perfection with tm7 steamed Jersey Royals, broccoli, boiled eggs & fresh salad.
