To my wonderful DBD'ers: My original pattern files and photos are currently being stolen and resold by fake sites across Facebook as are Caroline's (Unique Knit Designs). This is ongoing and affecting Caroline on a far bigger scale.

If you see these ads, PLEASE DO NOT COMMENT, SHARE, OR ARGUE WITH THEM.
Facebook's algorithm rewards those posts with payout money for every comment they receive—even angry ones! By commenting, people are unintentionally helping scammers reach more victims and line their pockets.
They can steal your details if you comment! More so if you purchase.

How you can actually help stop them:
DO NOT engage with the post.
Report the ad/page directly to Facebook as "Fraud/Scam" or "Intellectual Property Violation."
Only buy from my official website.

A Little Tech TLC (and a Plea for My Sanity!)

In a dream world, I’d spend all my time designing new patterns for you lovely folks. In reality? I am currently drowning in password resets and missing address lines.

To help us both out—and to save me from manually doing what the website can do for you—here is a quick, friendly survival guide for using the site:

Password Resets: If you request a new password, please give it a few minutes to arrive and check your spam folder before pressing panic. I promise the system works faster than I can manually reset it!

Can’t Log In? Double-check which email address you’re using. A surprisingly high number of login issues turn out to be people trying to enter an account that doesn't actually exist yet.

Slow Website? We are super busy right now, which means the site might lag a second. Please resist the urge to rage-click! Clicking repeatedly triggers our security system, which will automatically suspend you and force you to play the waiting game.

The "Pay Now" Button: Click it once, take a deep breath, and let the banks have their private little chat. Repeatedly mashing the button will only cause chaos (and duplicate pending charges).

Removing Items: Head over to your "View Cart" page and click the little red 'X', or adjust the quantity right there.

Incomplete Addresses: Double-check your shipping details before hitting submit! We have way too many missing house numbers and postcodes lately. Also, if your order confirmation vanishes, check your spam—we’ve likely emailed you trying to hunt down your address.

Going in Circles? If the site is acting possessed and throwing you in loops, log out completely, close your browser, and open a fresh window. That usually clears the ghost in the machine.
