The autumn transition has officially started…

I’ve been gifted these gorgeous chocolate brown pillowcases and honestly the softest cream blanket — they couldn’t have arrived at a better time. 🥹🤎

With autumn creeping in, I’m slowly transitioning this space into warmer, richer tones to make it feel even more cosy and inviting. The chocolate brown paired with soft creams is already making such a difference.

The most unloved room in this rented house has to be our bedroom 🙈 I’ve just never quite managed to make it feel us.

However… nothing beats fresh new bedding to make me fall in love with the space a little more and actually get excited for bedtime. 🛏️✨

Thank you OHS for gifting me this gorgeous bedding — the neutral tones fit perfectly with the cosy, earthy look I’m slowly creating. 🤎

Sometimes it really is the simplest changes that make the biggest difference.

Ad/gifted | A little styling moment 🤎

I’ve received this beautiful storage basket and it’s honestly perfect on our small landing. I have far too many cushions that I love switching around on the bed, so having somewhere pretty to store them when they’re not being used is exactly what I needed!

Of course, I couldn’t resist styling the top too… I’ve added a dark marble tray and this vase that I found in a charity shop many years ago — still one of my favourite little finds. 🤍

Next on the list is a gorgeous diffuser to finish the area off ✨

Games night is a common occurrence in our house 🎲🤍

We absolutely love a cosy night in, getting far too competitive over our favourite games 😂 So of course, I just had to have them on show! I actually love how the basket keeps them all together while still making them part of the room.

Now the important question… what’s your go-to game on games night? 👀🎲

✨ Hello, August. 🤍

How are we already in August? I genuinely don’t know where this year has gone. It feels like we were only just putting away the Christmas decorations, and now we’re talking about cosy season again!

As for our house… still no update and still no real progress. At this point, it’s looking more and more likely that we won’t be moving until next year. Of course we’d love to be in sooner, but honestly… we’re okay with that.

The extra time means we can save even more, plan everything properly, and hopefully buy the furnishings we’ve been dreaming about instead of rushing to fill the space. It’ll be worth the wait when we can make it feel exactly like home. 🤍

For now, I’ll just keep making this little rental home as cosy as possible while we count down to the next chapter.

Living in a smaller rented house means every bit of natural light counts! Our bathroom door constantly wanted to swing shut, but this plush doorstop has been the absolute perfect solution. It keeps the space bright and open, and the texture and soft neutral tone tie into the room’s styling so seamlessly. Functionality meets decor, and I couldn’t love it more! 🌿🛁

Back from Brighton and officially suffering from holiday post-blues! 🏖️

You wait months and months for a break, and then poof—it’s over in the blink of an eye. Growing up in Wales definitely made me a beach girl at heart, so being back home in Gloucestershire has me dreaming of the coast already. Time to get cozy and get back into the routine! ☕✨

It’s amazing how one simple addition can make an entrance feel so much more welcoming. Every time I come home, this little corner makes me smile. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of fresh flowers, pretty wreaths and a cosy front door. 🤍
