As we head into May, I just wanted to let you know about a few changes to my last-minute order policy.
Firstly, thank you so much for all the love and support recently it honestly means the world to me. I’ve been incredibly busy these past few weeks, and I’m so grateful for every single order.
With that support has come a high number of last-minute requests. I always do my best to help where I can, because I never like letting anyone down or leaving you without your cake decorations. However, taking on so many urgent orders has meant very late nights and a lot of pressure behind the scenes.
To make things more manageable going forward, any orders required within 48 hours will now incur a 50% rush fee. This helps cover the extra time and rearranging needed to complete these orders to the high standard I always aim for.
If local delivery is needed, there will also be a delivery charge, as this takes extra time away from family time and evenings.
I hope you all understand this change. I absolutely love what I do, and I’m so thankful for your continued support, but I’m also just one person trying to balance work, family life, and a little downtime too.
I’ll also be posting my days off in May soon, so you can get organised and booked in early where possible.
