I always say there’s no such thing as too many flowers. So it was only ever a matter of time before they found their way onto the furniture too.

Our floral collection has a little of everything. Midsummer and Peony are soft, romantic and timeless. English Garden Albertine has that classic country-house feeling, while Wildwood is brighter and more whimsical. Then there are the bolder ones - Magnolia, Nympheus and Kitty - full of colour and personality, and Berrington, our rather wonderful vintage chintz.

They are all printed on linen and each brings its own character to a room. The difficult part is choosing just one.

Hello! I thought I’d show you our Coco sofa bed, dressed for the day and then ready for the night - swipe through to see both. It’s a really lovely, comfortable sofa in its own right, but when you need an extra bed it opens out into a proper double bed.

The sofa is handmade using natural materials and has a high quality folding bed mechanism, with a choice of fully sprung, pocket sprung or memory foam mattresses. The mattress is 130–135mm thick, so it’s designed to give you a really comfortable night’s sleep too.

We can make the Coco sofa bed in different sizes and, as with our other sofas, you can choose from our collection of fabrics and finishes. We can also make it in your own fabric if there’s something special you’d like to use.

Hello, one of the things I love most about our sofas is that the covers simply come off. All our sofas are handmade from natural materials, wonderfully comfortable and built to last a lifetime. The loose covers can be removed and washed, making them perfect for busy family homes and four-legged friends alike.

These sofas are shown here in Wildwood Ivory and Wildwood Duck Egg, both finished with a contrast velvet trim. Many of our customers order more than one cover so they can have a completely different look within their room.

Isn't it funny who always finds the comfiest seat first?

A sofa ought to be lived on. Curled up on by sleepy dogs, borrowed by kids and, every now and then claimed by curious lambs. The only thing I can't promise is that you'll ever get your favourite spot back.

Some of our fabrics are machine washable and others are best dry cleaned. But all our sofa covers are removable, so they can be cared for properly over the years. It's the little details that make a sofa truly yours. Every cushion is handmade in England, and one of my favourite choices you get to make is the cushion style. Box edge for that beautifully tailored, structured look or knife edge for something softer and more relaxed. Then there's the piping: round for a classic finish, flat for a clean contemporary line, soft for an effortlessly lived-in feel, or an oxford border that gives the most gorgeous pillowy drape. There is something rather lovely about a sofa that grows with you. That moment when you move the pieces around and suddenly the room just makes sense.

I wanted a sofa that could do the same. One that could adapt to the home you have now and still feel just as right in five years' time when life has inevitably changed again.

One of my favourite things about designing sofas is seeing how they come to life in different homes.

A relaxed floral piled high with cushions, a rich chocolate linen beneath a wall of hats, classic ticking stripes in the afternoon sun, or a joyful room bursting with colour and flowers - every piece tells a different story.

Summer mornings have a way of making a room come alive. The windows open, the garden in full bloom, and one of my white sofas catching all that light. This is Coco, with our new Oxford border on the cushions. Look closely and you can see the stitched edge that gives it its name.

Each one is made by hand, here in the UK and in the US, from natural materials and in the slow way good sofas have always been made. The covers are an organic cotton and linen, woven for us in Yorkshire. We can make them to almost any size, with loose or fixed covers, and in whatever fabric you love.

One sofa, so many different personalities.

I've always believed the fabric you choose can completely change a room, and Coco is a lovely example of that.
