We are going to be fully stocked from tomorrow morning…. (Saturday)
I never wash our eggs because if you do, you remove the protective barrier that helps to keep out bacteria and other diseases etc. And you reduce the shelf life. And then you would need to keep your eggs in the fridge. Like our American counter parts.

As we have been away, because I wasn’t here to collect the eggs. My dad came to check on them and make sure they have food and water….
I would not put my dad through egg collection…

So some eggs are covered in yolk, from where they have decided to participate in a high protein diet… 🙈 and also calcium rich…🤣

Our eggs are super fresh from this week and are full of goodness. So we will have eggs out in the egg shed early. So feel free to come by.
