I had such a lovely day yesterday at the first ever Stitchscape Swappers Social!! It was so nice to have a chat, compare collections and storage/presentation solutions and chat through some theme ideas for next year!!
I had finished stitching my Garden Harvest cards to take and show but not stitched them onto their card backs - unlike the others who were all very prepared with theirs finished!!
Big thanks to Sam * fossil hunter * Thames mudlark * creative artist for baking the delicious cakes!!

I had such a great time at today’s workshop at The-Stitchery Shop. It was a brilliant group of ladies who were a joy to come up with ideas with and to teach stitches to.

Each piece is completely unique which is just lovely - swipe to see!

It’s been a while since I completed an actual full Stitchscape so it feels nice to have this reveal.

I’ve got one person booked onto this week’s Beginners Stitchscape Embroidery workshop at The-Stitchery Shop in Lewes and it would be lovely to have some more!

We will be creating Stitchscapes from scratch and looking at layering fabrics, blending colours and different embroidery stitches to create a landscape inspired image of your own design.
Included in your booking ticket is a drink and a piece of cake from the Riverside Brasserie and you have the option to pre-order a light lunch from there as well.

Used up some of the last dregs of golden light to photograph my Gone Rambling Stitchscape Swap cards. I think that if I were to ramble, that would be the time of day that would suit me best as I am a sucker for a good sunset!

Where would you ramble to? Or what time of day? Perhaps in a specific weather?
