All walls to be sanded and repaired prior to wallpapering. Dado to be put back in place as some came off when the room was stripped. Ceilings to be emulsioned. Woodwork to be glossed. Bannister ,handrail ,doors and cupboard to be sanded and stained with walnut satin woodstain. New wallpaper to be hung .
