A Beautiful Piece of Burl Wood, possibly Elm but not certain. ..very tough going on the tools like cutting stone, re-sharpening every few cuts but well worth the time and effort. I'm always amazed at what's hiding inside a piece of wood but this one is on another level. 13" Diameter Currently not for sale, I'm keeping this one. ....Update: looks likely that it is Rib Fruited Mallee Burr from Australia, also known as Corrugata.

Rough Turned a lovely piece of spalted Plum. It is very wet only cut a few days ago. All fruit wood is very prone to cracking as it dries so by turning it to about an inch thick it will dry quicker and hopefully evenly reducing the chance of splitting but it's not guaranteed so fingers crossed. will return to this in a few months if it survives

A couple of wooden pendants, yew and spalted cherry. The hole is turned off centre which is a lot more complicated than it looks, relying on the strength of double sided tape to hold the piece in place and standing out of the firing line in case it lets go 🥵
