Wonderful clients deserve their dream interiors…and this one is for where dreams are made.

For the principal bedroom suite we chose a palette of muted plasters, champagne and soft sages. Layering nature inspired textures and natural organic weaves against sumptuous satin fabric for a luxurious tactile environment, fit to snuggle into.

Finishing details make the difference adding interest, texture and practicality. Our pub project is progressing nicely in phases aligned to keeping it open and busy for its patrons. We popped back to oversee some finishing details while the banquette seating was installed.

It’s starting to come together… our country pub project got another step closer with sumptuous new window dressings. With its Georgian roots we opted for richly hued velvet drapery to set off the panelling and newly painted wood work. Furniture and final finishing is on its way, can’t wait to see it properly dressed and finished!

What could we do with our new carpet? When a country pub asked us to help with their redesign after laying down a new carpet, we jumped at the opportunity.

Pubs need to be welcoming, cosy, intimate and friendly, a place where its patrons can settle down with friends and a relaxing drink, a home away from home.

We picked hues from the existing carpet and pulled in muted complimentary shades, for upholstery, curtains, wallpapers and paints.

Looking forward to seeing this all coming together over the next couple of months.

This week we had the pleasure of adding some finishing touches to a client’s home in preparation for Diwali. The blank canvas of a new build can sometimes be daunting, so we took the time to understand colour preferences and worked with them on a purple scheme for walls, curtains and cushions.

Subtle smoky mauves, naturalist heather weaves and a little glamour with a velvet and silver texture fabric, adding a little twinkle perfect for the festival of light.

Capturing a nautical vibe is best kept simple and in the smaller details… Select a core colour scheme and then add delicate notes that evoke memories and hints of the sea and coastline. Layer on geometric patterns or delicate simple florals, the occasional stripe and herringbone. Finish with soft luxurious textures to cosy up to on the colder stormy nights, with plenty of options for subdued lighting.
