I feel so privileged to have been invited by the Aberdeenshire Presidential Initiative to showcase my work alongside 5 other North East Open Studios members.
The spotlight is on Aberdeenshire.
This selection brings together six artists and makers representing North East Open Studios, one of Scotlandā€™s longest-running and most respected open studios events.
If your at the RHS this weekend you can find us in the Home & Gift Hall, come and say hellošŸ‘‹

This little lot are glazed, in the kiln and cooling. Iā€™m hoping to open the kiln this evening so I can get one more firing done. Itā€™s going to be tightšŸ˜¬ all this work will be coming with me to the if youā€™re about come and say hello weā€™ll be in the Home and Gift Hall

How I finish off my lidded pots. The rim of the pot and the lid canā€™t be glazed, the two surfaces would weld themselves together during the firing so youā€™re left with two unglazed surfaces but thereā€™s no reason why they canā€™t be smooth šŸ˜Š these lidded pots will be coming with me to
