Design Approved at our Gorbals project.

As a listed building on the outside, this recent development conversion features all the characteristic traits of its old factory function, with new build perks.

Starting from blank white, your design needs a direction.

We let the building decide as we honed the scheme back into the history of the building, once operating as a factory. Its where old school materials and features, meets modern, urban living.

A very unique brief for a very unique property

Let me show you a glimpse behind the scenes of a supplier meeting with and a first look inside their new showroom.

When clients bring us in to help them, choosing the right material for the project and use is important for aesthetics and durability.

We have seen the rise in seamless textures everywhere and with a few projects in our schedule where it will be used it was time to take a visit to new showroom.

Reece helped me get my own samples direct from earlier in the week, and today we went through them for suitability in various spaces like clinics, bathrooms and special custom effects to name a few.

Now i feel more confident taking this back to our clients and future projects. This is design/ trade collaboration at its best.

Why lighting matters.

One switch. Same room. Completely different feeling.

This bathroom has zero natural light which created the perfect opportunity for adding artificial and making it part of the design.

The warm underglow of the bath softens the structural tiles and alcoves are always a mood-setting idea.
You get full control over the mood, the atmosphere, the feeling of the space at any hour of the day.

This is why lighting is never an afterthought in my designs. Wether as a feature of subtle it is always an important conversation.

The best thing I ever did for my clients was decide what I wouldn’t offer.

I don’t do everything. I’m not a stylist. I’m not an e-design service. What I do offer has been refined, tested and delivered at a standard I’m proud to put my name on.

The clients I work with get everything! My full attention, my full process, my complete investment in their space from the first conversation to the final install.

That’s only possible because I don’t say yes to everything.I stopped chasing services i though i had to offer, and made room for the right clients and work to come through where i can genuinely thrive to help.

So if you’re looking for something I don’t offer,
I genuinely hope you find the right person for it.

But if what I do is exactly what you need?

With a strong plan including everything from layout to finishing materials, the build team delivered it with quality craftsmanship on site.
