All my ribbons are made using a foil that I don't recommend washing. I can however offer a red, black and blue foil that is washable up to 30 degrees, I have now added gold and silver to the washable list. Once a ribbon has been approved, there are no returns unless the item is faulty. Please make sure you have spelt any message that you send through correctly as mistakes cannot be rectified once
printed. I give the best service that I am able to and put my customers first. Please allow time for the design to be made and for approval time, this may be more than a couple of days if I am waiting for an answer in return. Because of Covid, we all know that there are delays in obtaining stock, please if I have not got enough of a colour of ribbon, I will do my very best to get it from my supplier, but this takes a couple of days.
