Our participants getting together, socialising and enjoying their shared love of crafting outside of our sessions — this time, they headed over to St Davids for a quilt festival! 🧵✨

For us, it’s about so much more than learning a new skill. It’s about creating connections, forging friendships and building a community where people feel they belong. ❤️

Because those friendships, conversations and shared experiences can make such a positive difference to our mental health and wellbeing. 🫶
