🧵✨ The third and final part of our Patchwork Sewing Accessories Workshop!

From self-drafting their own patterns to cutting, piecing, and stitching the patchwork, our lovely learners have created beautiful sewing machine covers and mats. We even had some thread catchers made too!!

We couldn’t be prouder of what everyone has achieved! 💛 Not only have they finished fantastic projects, but they’ve also gained the skills and confidence to create covers and mats for other items around the home.

🧸 Part Two of our Memory Bear Workshop on Saturday! 🧸

Lots of prep work happening this week as everyone gets ready for the next stage of their bears. We’ve already started to see teddy arms, legs, and little faces taking shape, and it’s so exciting watching these special keepsakes come to life.

We can’t wait to see everyone’s bears progress this weekend! ✨

🌈 A Window Into Creativity This Fabulous Friday! 🌈

Our colourful Cathedral Window quilt blocks are complete!

A tricky sew in places, but everyone rose to the challenge brilliantly. We’re so proud of how these have turned out, and it’s been wonderful to see everyone’s creativity shine through in their fabric and colour choices.

✨ Part two of our patchwork sewing room accessories project is complete! ✨

Our sewing machine covers and mats are really starting to come together, and we’re so pleased with how they’re progressing. 🧵

There’s still a little more stitching to do, but the finished pieces are already looking fantastic. We can’t wait to reveal the completed projects next week and show off everyone’s hard work and creativity! 💙

👖✨ Cinderella shall go to the ball… in a pair of upcycled jean slippers! ✨👖

Our upcycled jean slippers are complete, and how fabulous do they look?! 😍

A huge well done to everyone who took part. These were a little bit tricky in places and definitely tested our sewing skills, but you all rose to the challenge and absolutely smashed it! 💙

It’s amazing to see old denim transformed into something practical, comfortable, and stylish while keeping textiles out of landfill. ♻️
