One of the most complex to work out things I’ve made recently but I just adore the finished item. Going to be hard to let these go as they are just so cute 😍. They will be at the craft market on the 12th organised by The Black Sheep and Dog in Patrington at the village hall so pop over and have a look

Set comprises a large Perspex toiletries box with 3 separate compartments and a clear lid with a hand knotted macrame outer and flower decoration, and a matching lined pot that would be perfect for tweezers or makeup brushes.

I do have one more of the Perspex containers if you would prefer a different outer or decoration.

Been so busy lately making new items for events locally from now until Christmas and the prizes for the upcoming Thornegumbald pet dog show 🙂

Meet Augustus!

This little dude from knot theory shop has been on the project list for a while. Finally got round to making him but not really loving the pattern in the cord I used. I did him from 3mm cord not the 2mm in the pattern as the 3mm is easy to work with (and I didn’t want to buy 2mm til i did a practice) but I want to scale him up to 4 or even 5mm cord then put a small bag of sand inside as a doorstop. Now Augustus is partly done 2mm cord is on order for paperweights and shelf decor 🙂 he just needs some leaves and pumpkins to complete the Autumn look 🍂🎃🍂

A little reminder of summer 🙂 no matter how lacking a green thumb you are these will give a splash of colour all year round. Available The Black Sheep and Dog in Patrington and can be made with any colour flowers. (There’s will be poinsettia and mistletoe at Christmas but let’s focus on summer for now)

It was a lovely event earlier in the year, nice and close by and lots of visitors :) pop by and say hi :)

You’ve been asking and I can now confirm our next craft at Patrington Village Hall will be on Saturday the 12th September 11-2.

Again we’ll be supporting the Patrington Mini Medics and they’ll they’ll be in the kitchens selling refreshments - please come and support this wonderful group of young people trying to make a difference to the village and beyond!

This is a slightly new direction, I found these amazing middles and after much trial and error I finally perfected the construction. The clock in the middle is a silent sweep battery powered mechanism so no annoying tick.

I have loads of really lovely middles so if you would like a truly unique clock please drop me a message for the designs 🙂
