I wanted to share a few of my latest projects with you as I head into the next phase of life, a bit of time off is planned as I will be moving towards retiring.

Stunning doors call for stunning blinds! These beautiful patio doors frame an amazing view in this home and it was important to dress them carefully to keep them as the central focal point of this interior.

These pleated blinds sit nestled above the view, giving a touch of bespoke luxury without distraction. I also created a pelmet for this project, giving the room that perfect finishing touch.

This is certainly one of my favourite projects to date!

Wow - what a result! I love it when a re-upholster gives a piece of furniture a whole new identity. Doesn't this vibrant fabric choice look fantastic on this armchair?

I love working on projects that provide a little something different than the norm!

This wonderful project involved dressing a lovely pair of patio doors, and needed three sets of curtains for the wide space. To compliment the curtains, I created a 5.7m long upholstered pelmet - I think it works so well to frame the view, don't you?

The finishing touches in a room can often bring the most impact. When thinking about soft furnishings in a room, it's important to think about the feelings you want your space to evoke. This project was a joy to work on, with the soft colour palette creating a calm and serene feel to the space.

This bespoke cushion seat featured the same fabric as the blinds, bringing the whole space together as a whole. I love this classic fabric - an elegant timeless aesthetic in soft blues.

It's a wonderfully colourful style inspiration today from Zig & Co in the shape of their beautifully reupholstered chairs. This combination of bright, clashing prints is just perfection!

Breathing life back into these old chairs through a reupholstery project, Zig & Co have demonstrated perfectly that bringing together the personality of an older piece of furniture and bright, bold fabrics produces an amazing result.

I really enjoyed working on these pinch pleated voiles recently and love the effect of the window dressing on the room.

Pinch pleats are folds that are sewn into the fabric at regular intervals, creating a tailored, structured look, adding a touch of sophistication and formality.

This voile fabric is lightweight, allowing light to filter through while providing a degree of privacy. I love how it's delicate nature creates a soft and ethereal ambiance in a room.
