Another commission went off to it's home today.
The lovely Dave commissioned this for his gorgeous other half Kat (who is one hell of a crocheter btw! )

The piece as always was hand painted in reverse on the glass. This one is gilded with 23ct gold & 22ct gold, finished off with mother of pearl & glitter details.

My commission list is currently open while I'm working on a new collection of originals, so do reach out if you're after something shiny & special!

A couple of pieces from last year glowing in my lovely clients hallway.

I will never get over the way that the gold just glows in the sun. It's one of the reasons I love this craft so much.

It was such a pleasure to create this piece outlining the words of a greatly loved one. Striving to find a pocketful of happiness in each day is something we should all do.

This was hand painted in reverse on glass, gilded with 23ct & 22ct gold, with resin textures and some mother of pearl added in for good measure. Wrapped up in an oak Edwardian frame.

Such an honour to work on this for the lovely .e.grant ❤️

I honestly need some tips from on taking photos because how good do these look? 😆👌

My offering to the secret signta this year organised by the lovely .
I have had this vintage oval frame with domed glass in my collection for a while and thought this was the perfect opportunity to do something with it 🙌

The piece is all hand painted in reverse (tartan and all!), gilded with 23ct & 22ct gold, and uses UV resin for the texturing in the letters. I don't think I'll be in a rush to paint tartan again but the piece was so fun to make and definitely some learning curves along the way!

I was lucky enough to get a wonderful package from for my secret signta gift and can't wait to get some nice pics once it's on the studio wall 💖 I really need to get my walls re-organised asap to make room!

I'm just getting back on track from the festive season and my books are currently open for commissions so drop a message over if you've been eyeing up something shiny ✨

I don't think I realised at all how on brand for Wicked this piece looks 🩷💚
I'd spent ages going through tonnes of art nouveau references I'd squirreled away while working on it just to arrive at Oz 🤣 (Not that that's a bad thing!!)
It's actually still available over at my favourite art spot in York, , go over and have a nosey online or better yet if you're able to, go pop in and have a good look at all the goodies they have by many a wonderful creator!

But yeah, this over that festive home bar maybe? ✨👌
