🚧 A Quick Update from JP Maintenance 🚧

Just a quick message to let all of our customers and followers know that I’ll be on annual leave from today until Monday 10th August 🌞🏖️, taking some well-earned time to spend with my family. ❤️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

✨ Another Job Complete – Another Happy Customer! ✨

A customer recently got in touch with us as they were looking to refresh the entrance to their soon-to-be salon, which is based at their own premises.

Their existing door had become weathered over time, so we attended and installed a brand-new glazed door. Not only does it give the entrance a fresh, modern look, but it also allows much more natural light into the salon, creating a brighter and more welcoming space.

This job was made even more rewarding as we had a young man completing work experience with us this week. He got stuck in, showed a great attitude, and has done really well. It’s been a pleasure to have him as part of the team, and we’re proud to support young people in gaining valuable hands-on experience in the trade.

We’d like to wish our customer the very best with their new salon, and we’re delighted to have been part of bringing their vision to life.

Business Update – JP Maintenance

As well as other projects JP Maintenance were recently contacted by a local soft play centre after they experienced issues with their urinals becoming unusable due to a blockage within the waste pipe system.

Following a thorough inspection, we identified the cause of the blockage as a build-up of Uric scale. Due to the extent of the obstruction, the affected waste pipe had to be removed and replaced with new pipework and fittings to restore full functionality.

The work was completed efficiently, minimising disruption to the customer and ensuring the facilities were back in operation as quickly as possible.

🔧🚿 Another Happy Customer for JP Maintenance! 🚿🔧

We were recently contacted by a landlord with several apartments in the city centre after his usual plumber unfortunately let him down.

As always, JP Maintenance stepped up and managed to fit the job in at short notice! 💪⏰

The issue was an under-sink unvented hot water tank that had reached the end of its life. As you can see, the existing unit had suffered from significant corrosion and required a full replacement. 🔩⚠️

Our team quickly removed the old tank and installed a brand-new replacement, ensuring the tenant had hot water restored with minimal disruption. 🚰✨

Another successful job completed by JP Maintenance ✅

We were recently contacted by a property developer regarding a leak at one of their properties. After attending site, we were able to quickly locate the issue — a faulty fitting on the main cold water feed entering the property, which had caused damage to the ceiling.

Once the leak had been fully repaired, we returned to carry out all remedial works, including replacing the damaged sections of ceiling and repainting throughout.

As you can see, the finish is now as good as new 👌
