🎄🧵 Busy little sewing day at Willow & Thread today 🧵🎄

One custom advent calendar is just about finished, and I’ve also got all the prep done for 4 custom Christmas stockings ✂️❤️

I love days like this when the sewing room is full of fabric, thread and Christmas makes all slowly coming together 🎅✨

Every order is made with lots of care, and I’m so grateful to everyone who chooses me to make something special for them.

Christmas is definitely creeping in now 🎄🥰

✨ Handmade Wooden Pens – From £10 ✨

Something a little different from Willow & Thread ❤️ These gorgeous wooden pens have been handmade by hubby and Josh, and I think they’ve done an amazing job!

Each pen is individually made, so the wood grain and finish will vary, making every one completely unique. They also come beautifully boxed, making them a lovely little gift for birthdays, Christmas, teachers, or just as a treat for yourself. 🎁🖊️

3 HOURS 😭

Three whole hours making a tweed and leather baguette bag… only to stand back, look at it properly and realise I’d gone completely wonky 🤦‍♀️😂

All that cutting, sewing, unpicking, stitching and concentration… for it to end up in the bin 🗑️

I could cry 😂 but that’s handmade for you — sometimes it works, sometimes it very much does NOT!

Right… strong black coffee ☕ and I’ll try again 🧵✂️
