A long time customer wanted a garden revival. A tidy up through out and then new soft plush artificial grass laid on an old patio.
Levelled the area with sharp sand then a double layer of heavy duty membrane to keep out those weeds 🌱
Next an eco cushion cloud 9 artificial grass underlay make it soft under foot 🦶 Then topped off with a 37mm soft pile pet friendly lush grass finish. 🪴

Really enjoyed this job and glad of the sun ☀️ too and now on to the next one 🥳😁

A very lovely new customer brought to me through a recommendation from a long time customer (I always appreciate recommendations!)
She wanted her hallway and bedroom freshened up, so I painted the walls, ceilings, coving and woodwork after fully prepping for her. Also revived an old airing cupboard with new slatted shelves and a lick of paint
Doesn’t it look fresh and bright ready for the summer!

Hello 👋 ALL sorry it’s been so long but I’ve been renovating a property since the end of January 2026 in Brighton for a customer which is about to finish. Like a Christmas 🎄 countdown, here’s another one for you 🎁
This customer wanted to get rid of the tired old carpet and replace it with a crisp wood floor from the front door through to the lounge.
Like every job, a few challenges along the way and a few learnings but a very enjoyable job overall that turned out really nice.

Certainly gives the house a very fitting ‘coastal’ feel 🏖️

Hi Everyone 👋 Right, if you ALL haven’t realised, it’s XMAS 🎄 round the corner so quick turn around on a rental property with an uplift of bathroom 🚽

Out with the old fixtures and in with the new. Beautiful supermatt white walls and ceiling and satinwood woodwork. Install of upvc marble effect paneling, new glass screen. New plumbing more isolators ( You can never have too many 😂). Install and hang black towel rail, new toilet, large sink and vanity unit and other extras.

Finally used what was left of marble paneling to box in the pipes and trim outer edge.
Lay vinyl floor to finish. 😍🥳

Huge shoutout to Dan for all his prep work and help along the way 💪🏼😁

Happy Sunday to all family,friends,customers and everyone on here. 😍

Just a little teaser here some old fencing wanted changing,reinforcing and adapting to wrap round on a bottom corner of a garden.

This was for a good and lovely customer whos offered me lots of work throughout the year and needed the garden to match the rest and with some hidden joints and reinforcing the bottom panels against the strong coastal wind 💨 I think it really turned out well and gives a 🤩 finish.

NEXT week lots more posts so keep a watch out. Thanks again 🙏🏻

A lovely little lady who recently has tested me with decorating her whole house 🏡 top to bottom, a revamp of her kitchen and Now the removal of old white glazed doors 🚪 for absolutely high end beautiful grey effect oak doors and all new hardware, a mic drop look.

It was a real test at times but a pleasure and I think when you step back and look at the finished product it says it all. 🤩

Many more to come, lots coming before Xmas so keep a watch out. 👀 On to the next one 💪🏼

Another long term good customer who has a real eye for what looks good 🤩 and she also has a very keen eye on detail so post it’s at the ready 🤣💪🏼
After this customer had new oak flooring laid they had some cosmetic work need doing, so time for a freshen up across hall,stairs and landing area.
Ceilings,walls and woodwork this time with a paint 🎨 called COAT. Really nice paint excellent coverage and the ceiling paint does cover in 1 coat. The colours are subtle and both tasteful/professional the paint is also high grade and climate positive. (Modest on the walls and Pampas on the woodwork)

The finish really was 1st class and the paint is top quality. The cosmetic work aside and the bedroom was also done in COAT too.

Another job complete on to many more before 🎅 🎄 🤫

Another kitchen refresh for a lovely new customer. Out with the old worn gloss doors and chrome handles in with the new shaker dove grey doors with Matt black handles.

Ceiling, walls and wood work refreshed 🎨

New grey shelving on walls.

Wrapping of end panels and new under cupboard lighting. 💡

Next up… Old tiles out and new tile splashback in and internal grey oak doors next week same customer keeping me on my toes. 😁💪🏼
