Revisiting this one from 2022. Back then when the hairline cracks were barely visible, the customer just wanted the deep ones repaired and repainted.
Now they are back with vengeance!

Being a coastal property, this one does get a hammering! Also alot of movment from a neighbouring property being knocked down and rebuilt.

This time every crack was to be repaired before applying Murfill Waterproofing system, this stops water leaks, bridges cracks, and protects masonry or concrete from weather damage, carbonation, and corrosion... what a nightmear it was to work with during a heatwave 🥵

So🤞 lets see if this withstands the elements

All old wallpaper stripped off walls.
Brown woodwork changed to white.
