Super Moist Chocolate Muffins 🍫 Easy Ninja Grill Recipe
FULL RECIPE--- https://youtu.be/6icUue9uYsQ

These Chocolate Muffins are soft, moist and packed with rich chocolate flavour. Made with cocoa and plenty of chocolate pieces, they have a fluffy centre with delicious pockets of melted chocolate in every bite.
They’re quick to prepare with no mixer needed and bake beautifully in the Ninja Grill using the BAKE function.

Makes: 8 muffins
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 16–18 minutes
Difficulty: Easy

🧾 Ingredients (Metric)
• 130 g plain flour
• 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder
• 100 g sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 1 large egg
• 100 ml whole milk
• 60 ml vegetable oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 80 g chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

👩‍🍳 Method
1️⃣ Mix the dry ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Mix until evenly combined.
2️⃣ Prepare the wet ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, oil and vanilla extract until smooth.
3️⃣ Make the muffin batter
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
Gently mix just until combined.
Do not overmix — this helps keep the muffins soft and fluffy.
4️⃣ Add the chocolate
Fold approximately 60 g of the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate into the batter.
Reserve the remaining 20 g for the tops.
5️⃣ Fill the muffin cases
Divide the batter evenly between 8 silicone muffin cases, filling each approximately ¾ full.
Sprinkle the remaining chocolate over the top of each muffin.
6️⃣ Preheat the Ninja Grill
Select BAKE and set the temperature to 160°C.
Allow the Ninja Grill to fully preheat before adding the muffins.
7️⃣ Bake
Place the silicone muffin cases directly into the cooking pot.
Bake at 160°C for 16–18 minutes.
Check the centre with a toothpick. It can come out with a few moist crumbs, but there should be no wet, uncooked batter.
8️⃣ Cool & serve
Remove the muffins and leave them to cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Enjoy warm for an extra gooey chocolate centre. 🍫

💡 Pro Tips
• Don't overmix the batter — mix only until you can no longer see dry flour.
• Use good-quality cocoa for a deeper chocolate flavour.
• Chopped dark or milk chocolate creates larger melted chocolate pockets.
• Save some chocolate for the tops for a bakery-style finish.
• Start checking the muffins at 16 minutes to avoid overbaking.
• A few moist crumbs on the toothpick are perfect — they help indicate a moist centre.
• Serve slightly warm while the chocolate pieces are still soft and melted.
