Flower Tip Tuesday: Not all petals are meant to stay!

If your flowers have a few tired-looking outer petals, gently remove them to reveal the fresher petals underneath.

It’s completely normal for flowers, such as roses, to shed their protective outer petals as they open. So, don’t panic if your bouquet looks a little different a few days in!

September Birth Flower

Did you know that the beautiful aster is the birth flower for September?

Often thought of as the last hoorah of the summer border, asters are associated with wisdom, faith and love, making them the perfect birthday gift.
