Roger Oates Design A collection of unique stripe flatweave runners, rugs and accessories - Simple Luxury for Modern Living. The London showroom is close to Chelsea Design Harbour.

British Company Roger Oates Design has been creating stripe flooring products for over 30 years, and is most well known for "Venetian Flatweave" stair runners which are designed and woven in the UK using British wool. The Design Studio and Head Office are based in Ledbury Herefordshire.

Since the early days of Roger Oates Design, we have been designing coordinating designs that will pair beautifully together and cover both stairs and landing areas. This has grown over time, with customers carrying our flatweave through almost every room of the house in the form of rugs, runners and wall-to wall floor covering.

In this moodboard we are shining the spotlight on one of our bolder pairings, Kobe and Kyoto Lantern. Inspired by the colours of Japanese lanterns these colourful flatweaves pack quite the punch. Styled here with bold cobalt blues and bright oranges, we are envisioning this pair in a room full of joy and colour.
