Here’s serving up something special in our Empire Highball Tumblers:

To make one:
25ml Penrhos London Dry
Juice of half a lemon
25ml elderflower cordial
Top with Two Farmers Berry Cider
Float 25ml Penrhos Blueberry Liqueur on top
Garnish with fresh blueberries & mint

We’re firm believers that a cocktail should look as good as it tastes 🫐🍸

have absolutely nailed this Blueberry Collins, and frankly, we think it’s found its perfect home in our Empire glassware. It’s bright, it’s bubbly, and it’s the only accessory your hand needs this evening 🥂

The Recipe:
🍸 50ml Penrhos Dry Gin
🍯 25ml Honey Syrup (50:50 honey/hot water)
🍋 Half a lemon
🫐 A handful of frozen blueberries
🥤 Top up with soda
🍃 Garnish with mint
