Introducing our new Gather Collection, comprising made-to-order dining tables and benches in solid European oak or American walnut. Available in 280 configurations, each piece can be specified with an oiled or lacquered finish, with natural or filled knots.

Named for the simple act of bringing people together, Gather is defined by an exposed through-tenon joint, a structural detail that shapes the collection’s distinctive character.

Introducing the winner of the 2026 TCS Design Award: Becca Panter, recognised for her ReFrame Wardrobe and Lorca Chair, designed at Nottingham Trent University. Selected from a shortlist of ten outstanding graduates at New Designers, Becca stood out to the judges for the maturity of her design thinking and the clarity with which she presented her work.
 
“As designers, we need to move beyond sustainability and focus on circularity – creating products that can continue to have a life beyond the first owner.”
 
This thinking is reflected across both projects. ReFrame is a flat-pack wardrobe designed to be disassembled, relocated and reused, while the Lorca Chair rethinks upholstered seating with a replaceable knitted cover that supports repair and longevity.
 
As part of the award, Becca will join TCS Studio for a three-month internship, working alongside our in-house team. We look forward to welcoming her to the studio.

The TCS Studio team returned to New Designers, the UK’s leading graduate design showcase, to present the annual TCS Design Award. Created to champion emerging creative talent, the award recognises graduates whose work reflects originality, clarity of thinking, and a considered approach to design.

From this year’s shortlist of ten graduates, one designer has been selected to join TCS Studio for a three-month internship, working alongside our furniture & lighting product development team.

Since 2019, The Conran Shop has supported the next generation of designers through the TCS Design Award, providing emerging talent with the opportunity to develop their practice. Previous winner Huw Evans joined TCS Studio after receiving the award and has since become a core member of the team, designing a number of award-winning products for The Conran Shop.
