A home designed around modern family living.
Set within the Kent countryside, this private residence has been thoughtfully reimagined to balance understated luxury with the realities of everyday family life.

Working collaboratively our interior architecture and interior design teams transformed the home through considered space planning, bespoke joinery, and carefully layered materials, creating interiors that feel calm, refined, and timeless.

From the principal suite and dressing room to the formal living spaces, every detail was designed to maximise natural light, improve functionality and strengthen the connection between the home and its surrounding landscape.

The way a home feels is commonly shaped by something you don’t consciously notice.

Lighting is one of the first elements we consider when designing a space. It influences atmosphere, highlights architectural features and transforms how each room is experienced throughout the day.

Rather than relying on a single light fitting, we layer decorative, architectural and ambient lighting to create depth, warmth and balance. From concealed LED lighting and statement pendants to bedside lamps and feature wall lighting, every layer has a purpose.
When intentionally designed, lighting doesn’t simply illuminate a room. It enhances materials, creates focal points and brings an interior to life.

Our vision for this Georgian home is rooted in balance, preserving its architectural heritage while introducing a contemporary interior designed for modern family living.

From bespoke wall panelling and a handcrafted marble fireplace to steel-framed reeded glass doors, layered textiles and carefully selected materials, every detail has been considered to create a home that feels both timeless and welcoming.
