We are excited to share excerpts of one of our Moroccan projects, The Domain des Quatre vents villas project is starting to emerge in Ghazoua.

Designed as a collection of interlocking volumes of local stone and earth-toned tadelakt, they step down the terraced site towards the protected forest and the sea.

This reimagining of an old brick garage in the garden of this project within Bosham Conservation Area, allowed the creation of a study and gym, opening to the garden, pool, and views through the house to the harbour. Articulating these connected, but separate buildings with distinct rhythms of Scottish Larch, helped to reduce the sense of mass in the garden. A green roof, and concealed solar panels contribute to the sustainable nature of this small-scale restoration, conservation and extension which has been submitted to the 2025 Sussex Heritage Trust Awards.

Spring views towards Flint Barn 🌼
For this Sussex project we made use of the footprint of a previous agricultural building to create a new entrance and teenage party barn to this brick and flint barn which had been previously converted to a family home.

The extension is very subtle, matching the vernacular but held off the main building with a signature LAB glazed light slot which lets the sunlight flood into the double height entrance hall and clearly defines new from old.
