As the cooler days approach, although here in London they’ve already arrived and sent us reaching for our long-sleeved tops and rearranging our wardrobes…
And speaking of rearranging the wardrobe, this is the perfect place to tell you about something I discovered last summer while doing just that.
To my great disappointment, I found moth damage on my favourite wool coat… But instead of simply being upset about it, it inspired me to finally bring to life a project I had been carrying around in my head for quite some time.
I’m sharing some photos of the result — and I have to admit, I’m rather shamelessly pleased with it! 😘
So, if you have ever faced — or happen to face — similar damage to your favourite woollen clothes or coats caused by those little creatures who love nothing more than feasting on wool, don’t despair!

С наближаването на по-хладните дни, въпреки че тук, в Лондон, те вече са пристигнали и са ни изпратили да посягаме към нашите горнища с дълги ръкави и да пренареждаме гардеробите си...
И като стана дума за пренареждане на гардероба, това е идеалното място да ви разкажа за нещо, което открих миналото лято, докато правех точно това.
За мое голямо разочарование открих щети от молци върху любимото си вълнено палто… Но вместо просто да се разстроя за това, това ме вдъхнови най-накрая да съживя проект, който нося в главата си от доста време.
Споделям няколко снимки на резултата — и трябва да призная, че съм безсрамно доволнa от него! 😘

Историята на този шал започна с вдъхновението от една красива татуировка…
