The Studland

A statement of timeless craftsmanship, the Studland Armchair features a solid beech frame and is traditionally upholstered using time-honoured techniques. Its hand lashed coil sprung seat and back are layered with the finest hand-teased hair and natural coconut fibre, meticulously hand stitched. A sumptuous feather and down seat cushion crowns the piece, delivering exceptional comfort and enduring support.
The chair stands elegantly on solid beech integrated tapered legs and our signature hand casted castors.

Made slowly in Dartmoor, to last for generations 🍃 🐑 🇬🇧

Our Signature castors are hand casted using the lost wax process here in Devon. We are proud to support other British craftspeople and help keep heritage crafts alive. From our solid hard wood frames right through to the finishing touches we believe every step and small detail deserves the same consideration and attention to detail.
