Crispy Potato Sticks

Crispy outside, soft inside and so addictive.

👩🏻‍🍳 Recipe:

• 500 g potatoes
• 3 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Fresh parsley
• Salt & black pepper

Boil and mash the potatoes. Mix with cornstarch, parsley and seasonings.
Spread into a thin layer and freeze for 1 hour.

Cut into sticks and fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
Top with parmesan, parsley & chili flakes.🔥
