Loaded beef wrap 🌯🔥 crispy tortillas layered with seasoned minced beef, caramelised soy onions, bacon, melted cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes… messy, cheesy, and honestly too good not to make again 😭

Ingredients:
Tortillas, minced beef, butter, onions, soy sauce, cooked bacon, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce

Seasoning:
Salt, white pepper, black pepper, curry powder, thyme, garlic granules, ginger granules

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

How I Made It:
1️⃣ Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, add sliced onions, and cook slowly for 1–2 minutes until soft. Add soy sauce and continue cooking until caramelised.
2️⃣ Flatten minced beef evenly onto the tortillas.
3️⃣ Heat a pan on medium-high heat and place the tortilla beef-side down. Cook for 4–5 minutes until the beef is browned and crispy.
4️⃣ Flip the tortilla over and season the cooked beef with salt, white pepper, black pepper, curry powder, thyme, garlic granules, and ginger granules.
5️⃣ Add the caramelised onions, cooked bacon, cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce.
6️⃣ Fold the tortilla in half and toast both sides until crispy and the cheese melts.
