💫NEW BEGINNINGS💫

After many years of pouring my heart into creating wedding cakes and being part of so many of your most special days, it’s time for me to begin a new chapter.

I’m hanging up my apron and putting on a pair of scrubs 🥰

Very soon, I’ll be starting my role in the Birth Centre, where I’ll have the privilege of supporting new mums and helping welcome tiny new lives into the world. It’s a career that has been on my heart for a long time, and I couldn’t be more excited to finally take this step.

This isn’t goodbye to Choccolotties forever. 🤍

For now, Choccolotties will be closing while I dedicate myself to this new adventure. I’m hoping my two incredibly talented daughters will keep a little piece of it alive with some simple bakes and, who knows, maybe even a little cake shed in the future. Watching them develop the passion and creativity that Choccolotties has given me would be incredibly special.

To every single couple, family, friend, venue, supplier and follower who has supported my little business over the years… thank you. Thank you for trusting me with your celebrations, for recommending me, for sharing my work, and for cheering me on every step of the way. Your kindness has meant more than you’ll ever know.

Wedding cakes have allowed me to be part of the beginning of so many beautiful love stories. Now, I have the honour of being there at the very beginning of life’s greatest story.

Here’s to new beginnings, new challenges, and a heart that’s still dedicated to making life’s most precious moments just that little bit more special.

I had the pleasure of making this beautiful lambert heart cake for the lovely newlyweds, The Barry’s

Their cute little Bonnie couldn’t be at the wedding, so I made a little sugar version of her.

The fabulous ‘Just Married topper’ was made by one of my lovely Brides and she also does incredible decor set ups for weddings and parties 🖤

What’s your favourite toppings? I love fresh raspberries with a drizzled of golden syrup and some squirty cream! Or if I’m going savoury I like cream cheese, crispy bacon and a little drizzled of sweet chilli sauce 🌶️
