As the Town Quay slowly drifts into a slower rhythm after the hustle & bustle of a very busy summer, we just wanted to a say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who popped by and said hi, bought a little something, grabbed a coffee, or purchased an unexpected new dining table(!) - we love the buzz and excitement the summer brings. It’s been phenomenal.

As a family run business, I also want to say a massive thank you to the Bambu team who work their little socks off all summer. It’s a big old juggle, everyone gets stuck in and the retail wheels keep rolling! 🙌.

With everything going on we’ve been very quiet on the old gram, but as we rapidly turn our attention to the impending cosy season ahead, we’ll start bringing you all the lovely interior inspiration we can’t wait to share..

Loved this outside delivery today to a stunning cottage in the New Forest. This was a bespoke 280x90 Kenyo that arrived in from Java last week and looks fantastic. Oak and reclaimed teak working in harmony in this new outdoor kitchen space. Enjoy the rest of the summer guys.. ☀️

We loved today…

It’s not often a container arrives right in the middle of the summer holidays, especially one that lands perfectly on Daddy Day Care day!

Armed with snacks, Team Bambu Jnrs rolled up their sleeves and put in a mega shift, helping unload another container full of beautiful treasures from Indonesia.

Behind BluBambu is a small, independent family business built on hard work, passion and a fair bit of graft. As parents, we spend so much time investing in our children’s worlds. Today, for a little while, they stepped into ours.

They shared the excitement of opening every box, discovering what’s inside, and perhaps gained a small appreciation of the enormous effort, commitment and teamwork it takes to build and grow a family business.

Days like these remind us why we do what we do. 💚
