Now & again you do get a decent plasterer, they are out there but hard to find as a deccy.
This one was a pleasure to work after , no rub downs , no filling half the walls, no chipping away at big snots, no cleaningskirtingboards which all adds time on to our work which we do not account for .
Just straight up miss cost with super latex on fresh walls & 2 coats of durable on the rest , with a matt white finish on the ceiling & high gloss on all woodwork.

Always a tricky one doing shell Harling, I suppose that's why alot of painters don't like doing it but it's all in the prep work .
Using the right treatment to stop moss & algae coming back through, full rinse down , using a good quality flexible base primer & 2 coats of good old sandtex microseal ( cotton belt ).

Media center, wall paneling & walls primed & finished in valspar colour matched with f&b elephants breath.
Coving , Skirts & door undercoated & finished in white high gloss .
A pleasure to work for , even got biscuits & fridge full of drinks to keep us going .
