A morning well spent transforming this plain, blank canvas into a space full of character and personality!

Preparation started with Mirka dustless sanding across all surfaces, followed by filling and prep work to achieve the perfect finish.

Walls & Ceilings colour drenched in Card Room Green by Farrow & Ball complemented beautifully by the stunning artwork, sourced and installed by Final Touch Interiors.

Woodwork finished in Slaked Lime Deep 150 by The Little Greene Paint Company to complete the look.

A quick turnaround with dramatic results and another very happy customer!

A follow up on a recently posted project. Not all transformations are huge but they certainly can add character in small areas when choosing the right colours.

A once over with TOUPRET ready to use filler then our dustless Mirka sanding all over for a smooth finish.

2x coats of Dulux Trade Ultra Matt for the ceilings

2x coats of Valspar Afternoon Nap - Bathroom paint.

Small/big project in mind? Give us a shout.šŸ–ŒļøšŸ«¶

From preparation to perfection.

Repairing, prepping and transforming this tired bedroom into a fresh, welcoming space and the client couldnā€™t be happier.

Dulux Trade Ultra matt, White, compliments this bedroom and what a flawless finish it provides following our mist coating and easifill skim, fine filling, to achieve such an effortless flow & finish

Dulux again for the Uni primer as part of the prep to what were previously badly heavy rolled window sills,
Mirka dustless sanding, brought them back smooth as silk, before finishing in Dulux Decorator Centre Satinwood finish as were the doors and skirting

Walls finished in Valspar Gentle Fawn, Premium highly scrubbable matt emulsion,

Big shout out to Mark for making those sills look like an ice rinkšŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø

Some more photos from the project to come, stay tuned!

Choosing the right decorator is about more than finding someone who can paint a wall.

Your home is personal, so you want someone who listens, communicates clearly, takes pride in their work and pays attention to the details that make all the difference.

From the preparation behind the scenes to those final finishing touches, the right decorator should care about the result as much as you do.

So, before you choose your decorator, here are a few things we think are worth looking for.

Save this post for when youā€™re ready to start your next project.

KITCHEN EXTENSION - TOTAL UPGRADE

A full transformation from bare plaster to a completely finished, high-end space.

Alongside the recent installation of a brand-new Howdens kitchen and new LVT flooring throughout we completed:

Bare plaster fully mist coated and meticulously prepared, addressing minor imperfection

3 full coats Dulux Trade Ultra to ceilings throughout and Dulux Trade Diamond Matt to all walls

WOODWORK

Full preparation, with FC1 flexible caulk applied to all wall abutments, followed by Dulux Undercoat + 2 coats Satinwood for a crisp, durable finish.

UTILITY CUPBOARDS - WHY REPLACE WHEN YOU CAN TRANSFORM?

Rather than replacing the existing utility cupboards, we brought them back to life with a thorough preparation process which gave them a factory style finish. (Yes! We did get this look by handšŸ˜‰)

Finished using a skilled lay-off application of Valspar Wood & Metal Premium Eggshell, perfectly colour-matched to the new kitchen.

Weā€™re excited to share this recent exterior transformation of a weathered little bungalow in West Malling.

Although itā€™s a smaller property, it required a huge amount of preparation to restore it properly and give it a fresh new lease of life.

Every window sill was affected by wood rot, so we carefully removed the damaged timber, treated it with Ronseal Wood Hardener, rebuilt the profiles using Repair Care Flex 4, and finished them with Toupret Fine Wood Filler for a smooth, seamless result.
Mechanical dustless sanding with Mirka system

The exterior walls were covered in both deep and hairline cracks, which were all raked out, filled with TOUPRET Masonry Filler, and sanded back with dustless Mirka before the entire property was coated with Dulux Trade Weathershield Maximum exposure. This provides long-lasting protection against moisture and algae while leaving the bungalow with a beautiful, durable finish. Rain falls off like a freshly waxed car every time.

At the heart of every job is the preparation. A quality finish starts long before the paint goes on, and weā€™re proud to deliver work thatā€™s built to last.
