This man, at 100! What can I say.
Such a joy to remember rainy afternoons when I couldn't play outside, watching him on repeat. Growing up with that passion and wonder for wildlife that he instilled in so many of us.
All the books, DVDs and CDs I still listen to and watch.
His voice that has changed so much over the decades but is still so familiar and comforting.
The knowledge he has shared, words of inspiration, astonishment, gratitude for our natural world and concern for our future, and the future of the planet.
My absolute, all-time, number one hero. Happy 100th birthday Sir David Attenborough.
