Thinking about transforming your fireplace?

We can usually do most of the initial check right from your photos, so you don't even have to leave the sofa to get started.

If we can't see everything clearly from your photos or need a closer look, we'll arrange an on-site visit.
The site assessment is £50.

That £50 gets fully knocked off your final installation bill.

Right now, our installation wait time is around 2–3 weeks.

As the weather cools down, our calendar fills up fast and lead times will start creeping up. If you want yours sorted in time for the colder months, now is definitely the time to drop us a message.

Head to the link in our bio to send over your photos or get booked in.

For media walls over 2m wide, bigger really is better 😉

If your wall is 2m+ wide, look for an electric fire around 1500–2000mm+ to keep the proportions right.

📺 Best paired with a 75-inch+ TV
🔥 For large open-plan spaces, don’t undersize the fire. A 1800mm or 2000mm ultra-wide fire creates the statement look a large media wall needs.

What you need to know: Media wall fire depths

When planning a DIY media wall, always start with the electric fire. Electric fires are almost always deeper than TVs, and while average depths sit around 7 to 10 inches, actual depth and cavity requirements vary significantly depending on the make, model, and screen size.

Key planning tips:
Flat walls & large rooms: You have plenty of depth to play with, so standard or deep-box models work great.

Chimney breasts & smaller rooms: Opt for a slimline electric fire to save floor space. Just ensure your TV is shallow enough to match the slimline frame.

Alcoves: Remember to leave cavity depth and wiring space if you plan to add LED strip lighting.

Ventilation & clearances: Always check manufacturer guidelines for required air gaps around both the fire and TV to ensure safe heating and ventilation.
