🚨 LET BATTLE COMMENCE! 🚨

🪖 Operation Hallway Rescue is officially underway!

I’ve seen some challenging situations in my time, but this hallway looks like it’s been on the front line of a full-scale war!

The enemy? Years of wear and tear, abused walls, battle-scarred woodwork - enough prep work to keep an entire regiment busy!

But fear not… Flat Pack Nat has entered the battlefield!

🫡 The mission:
🔫 Attack the damaged surfaces
🛠️ Deploy the heavy artillery (fillers, sanders and scrapers!)
🎯 Take aim at every imperfection
🎨 Launch a full-scale assault with the paintbrush
✨ And restore order to the chaos!

There may be casualties along the way (mainly my knees, my back and a few sanding discs), but surrender is NOT an option!

The battle plan is in place, the tools are locked and loaded, and reinforcements are standing by… well, a decent brew and a packet of biscuits!

Will this hallway survive the transformation? Will the walls wave the white flag? And will I emerge victorious from the dust and destruction?

STAY TUNED, TROOPS… THIS WAR IS FAR FROM OVER! 🫡

⚽ PROUD SPONSOR ALERT ⚽
What a moment for our girls! 🙌

This week, the girls proudly led a Guard of Honour for Ashton United’s First Team — and what an absolute privilege it was to be part of it and to sponsor the match and match ball for the occasion. ⚽

Supporting grassroots football is about so much more than what happens on the pitch. It’s about building confidence, creating opportunities, bringing communities together and giving the next generation the chance to shine.
Seeing these girls involved in such a special moment is exactly why supporting local football matters!

A massive well done to all the girls, and best of luck to all Ashton United Football Club Youth Teams and First Team for the rest of the season!

Proud to support local football. Proud to support our girls.
Proud to be Flat Pack Nat!

If you see me out and about, give us a wave — and if you need a hand with your home improvements, you know who to call! 🔧😉

The result? A space that feels modern, bright, fresh and airy — without needing a complete overhaul.

Sometimes you don’t need to rip everything out and start again… a few well-chosen changes and a professional finish can make all the difference! 💫

Second job this month where the paint has come away in excessive amounts during sand down.

This is what happens when there hasn't been any or adequate prep work before painting

❌️ The final finish is uneven and ugly
❌️ Paint work flakes away as time passes reducing the time between redecorating
❌️ More labour time required to remove all the loose paintwork
❌️ More materials needed for filling uneven areas and additional coats of paint
❌️ More cost to the customer to cover the additional time and materials

Professional decorators are not paid for slapping paint on a surface. You hire us for our training and experience on how to fully prepare a surface and our knowledge of what to do when we come across problems like this one. You rightly expect to have a beautifully aesthetic finish that stands the test of time.

We're all watching our pennies more than ever, but hiring the cheapest price offered could be a false economy if you find yourself paying out twice by rehiring another company to correct poor work.

If your looking for affordable, reliable, QUALITY, use a professional and contact Flat Pack Nat Home Improvements for your decorating projects.
