Customer complained of a leak and I found the bath seal has perished causing the water damage to the ceiling downstairs the old seal was cut out and area cleaned then a mould resistant sealer was applied I also installed a new toilet for my customer

Quick Sunday morning job I was call out to a blocked toilet on further investigation I found a toilet freshener lodged in the u bend of the toilet the toilet was also heavily scaled.
I removed as much scale as possible to achieve full flow the toilet was reinstated and checked for leaks all OK please be careful when using the hang on toilet fresheners they can easily fall and cause issues
