Another day of attempting to turn my council house into my home! And we are continuing with the girls bedroom..the never ending saga that no matter how many hours I throw into this it never seems to end! although it doesn't help my brain is constantly telling me it's all wrong and gonna look absolutely crap! I don't know about you but I get into such a state when it comes to making to many decisions and sticking to them, constantly second guessing every idea..clearly making doing DIY on a budget financially unstable because at any point I feel the urge to rip it apart and start again!

Two videos in one week! guys we are on a roll! so welcome back to another day of me attempting to make my council house feel like home, and once again we are back in the girls bedroom tackling the never ending job of panneling the walls! I swear to god all them videos where people smash this out in one afternoon are the biggest lies on the internet.

after 3 months of patient, and me living in total denial when it comes to decorating this room I finally have a update for you! yes I'm still just gluing and sticking MDF, but it's progress! When it comes to budget DIY procrastination is clearly my super power... DIY and sticking to a time like... not so much

I don't think I've ever received so many DMs and inbox messages asking me for anything in my life!

but here it is the long awaited overnight Weetabix aka breakfast cheesecake!

ingredients
40g Weetabix
50-60mls semi skimmed milk
(crush Weetabix and mix in milk, combine so it's all wet then smush together to make a base)

160g fat free yoghurt I use skyr by arla because it's super thick!
30g oreo pudding mix (7g if using jello white chocolate mix)
1/4tsb baking powder
3 mini oreos
(mix it all together and add to your cheesecake base, smooth it out)

3 mini Oreos
10g white chocolate spread

crush the Oreos and sprinkle on top and drizzle melted white chocolate spread on top!

leave in the fridge overnight or give it 10-15 mins before tucking right in!

It's crazy to think when I look at myself I still see the person in the other photos still!

But two years of progress and we are slowly getting there!
Calorie counting, gym and strength training, 10k steps a day and working with a great coach Haydn Tear - PT/Online Fat Loss Coach that I spent most my sessions winding up! And we are slowly getting there!

Don't get me wrong it's not been easy, I've quit thousands of times, giving into my binge eating issues and started again. But I have slowly been changing my habits and finally starting to feel good about myself!

day 3 of trying to DIY coving in my girls bedroom and I've officially been defeated by basic maths because when it comes to angles and geometry guesswork is not a welcome trade skill! who knew! so my budget for this DIY project has taken a small hit after having to buy a angle measurement tool but hopefully it will make life so much easier!

Turning my council house into my home and we are once again in my girls bedroom attempting to turn it from magnolia hell into the princess playroom of their dreams minus the slide and glitter wallpaper! Today I've successfully managed to glue stuff to my walls so there is actual progress that isn't just graffiti!
