🥧 It’s National Pie Day! 🥧

Hard to believe how many pies we’ve made over the years when you start looking back through the photos. Some classics, some experiments, some absolute favourites!

What started as a love of proper, hearty pies has slowly turned into a bit of an obsession. Different fillings, different ideas, always learning, always tweaking, always chasing that perfect pie.

Here’s to pies past, pies present, and a lot of pies still to be made. ❤️

IT’S BEEN A WHILE!!! 🤯

I’ve just realised I haven’t posted since October 2025, which is absolute madness! 🤪

I’ve still been here, still baking away, just a bit quieter online than I meant to be… Between baking, trading, family life and everything else, social media kept getting pushed to the back.

Anyway… More updates coming on markets, events, new tasty bakes and much much more!

🥩🍺 Steak & Guinness Pies 🍺🥩

Here’s a special order I’ve just finished for a customer!

Our classic Steak & Guinness Pies or Tipsy Cow Pies as I like to call them 😂, made with tender chunks of slow-cooked beef, rich Guinness gravy, and wrapped in golden pastry.

Proper comfort food, packed full of flavour and they look just as good as they taste!

🥖✨ Sourdough is here! ✨🥖

I’m so excited to share that I’m in the early stages of launching my own sourdough range! After years of dreaming about adding fresh bread to Ross’s Rolls, I’ve finally taken the plunge. 🫣

I trialled my first loaves at Alpraham this weekend (thank you to everyone who grabbed a loaf and shared feedback!) and this is just the start. Each bake is a step closer to that perfect crust, chewy texture, and deep flavour you only get from slow-fermented sourdough. 🍞

Bread has always been about community and home, people have been breaking bread around the table for thousands of years, and I can’t wait to bring this to the pop-ups alongside your favourite pies, sausage rolls, and bakes. ❤️
