Morning fuel that actually works for your skin ✨
And it's so simple.
Twaróg is like cottage cheese but drier and higher in protein and protein is literally what your skin is built from (hello collagen! 👋). Mix it with a splash of milk, single cream or whipped feta to make it spreadable. You can find it in larger Tesco stores - highly recommend!
