Everlasting Autumn

These are just some of the gorgeous silk flowers I’ll be bringing along to the Beyond Menopause wreath-making event this weekend.

We’ll be combining these beautiful autumnal colours — rich raspberry, hot pink, coral, peach, burnt orange and golden yellow — with lots of dried and natural-looking grasses, leaves and foliage.

I’ll be layering all those different colours, shapes and textures together to create that beautifully abundant, wild Botanicals feel. Think gorgeous pops of colour, trailing grasses, autumnal leaves and lots of lovely foliage to play with.

And because we’re using silk flowers alongside dried botanicals, you’ll be creating something you can enjoy long after the weekend is over.

There’ll be lots to choose from, so you can really make your wreath your own.

No rules. No right or wrong. Just come along, have a play and enjoy creating.

🌿 BEYOND MENOPAUSE – MILTON KEYNES 🌿

I’m really excited to be part of Beyond Menopause on 10th & 11th October at centre:mk.

It’s a brilliant weekend all about real women, real stories and real support, with everything from knowledge and wellbeing to movement, creativity and community.

And of course, there’s a Creative Zone too – because I truly believe taking a little time to be creative, have a play and make something with your own hands can do wonders for your wellbeing.

There are talks, chats, workshops, wellbeing experiences, shopping and lots of opportunities to meet some amazing local businesses and women.

Entry is FREE, with workshops and the Sanctuary Zone available to book separately.

Autumn Wreath Making with Cerus Botanical Designs at the BEYOND Project

Take time to slow down, get creative and make something beautiful to take home in this relaxed autumn wreath making workshop with Cerus Botanical Designs.

Using a rustic 6-inch wreath ring, natural twine and a carefully selected collection of dried flowers, grasses and seasonal foliage, you will create your own unique autumn decoration to enjoy long after BEYOND has finished.

This gentle, hands-on workshop is about much more than crafting. It is an opportunity to unwind, embrace mindfulness and enjoy meaningful conversation with other women in a welcoming and supportive space.

As your wreath comes to life, you will have the chance to chat, share experiences from BEYOND or simply enjoy connecting with others who understand the menopause journey.

No previous floristry or crafting experience is needed — just come along, relax and enjoy creating something uniquely yours.

Included: all materials are provided.
Take home: your handcrafted autumn wreath.

🍂 AUTUMN WREATH MAKING WITH CERUS BOTANICAL DESIGNS 🍂

I’m really looking forward to being part of BEYOND by Olive and getting creative with you all!

On Saturday 10th October, I’ll be running a relaxed autumn wreath-making workshop, where you’ll make your very own beautiful autumn wreath using dried flowers, grasses and seasonal foliage.

No floristry experience needed at all — just come along, have a play, meet some lovely women and enjoy a bit of time for yourself.

It’s all about slowing down, getting creative and having a good old chat while you make something gorgeous to take home.
