✨ Press day! ✨ Today, I had my induction on a big imperial press, and it was amazing! I finally got to pull some prints properly after years of using a wooden spoon, and the difference is unreal. I brought in some older blocks to test out, but the real highlight was inking up my brand-new Dylan Thomas/Sabo-Tabby block—I’m so happy with how it turned out! (Watch this space for sneak peeks)🖤

I’ve already booked my next session in a couple of weeks to pick up my dried prints and spend a full day using the press. Until then, it’s back to carving in between writing uni papers! ✍️🎨

And now for something a little different… 🎨

For the last couple of years, I’ve mostly focused on my book posters, and I love working on these.

I have TWO stores, though, and in my other store () I’ve been really enjoying exploring working with lino.

So! I decided I would combine the two, and create a literary print based on one or my favourite poems 🙂

This photo takes me back to when I first set up my art cupboard (after the drawers of its predecessor started falling through! 😂). I’m so pleased with how this little space has come along over the years—it’s been a journey of planning, creating, and reorganising (which I honestly take way too much joy in! 😅).

I can’t show you what it looks like right now, though, because I’m hiding some exciting pieces that I’ll be releasing over the next few weeks for both Page Twenty8 and my other project . Stay tuned for what’s to come—I can’t wait to share it with you all soon! ✨👀
