WOW!house & A Full Day of Design ✨

What a way to end the week.

Yesterday I spent nearly 10 hours in London surrounded by design, and this morning I found myself reflecting on how lucky I am to have access to so much inspiration on my doorstep.

WOW!house was, once again, an incredible experience at

For anyone who loves interiors, it feels like a magical box full of surprises. Every room is packed with details, craftsmanship and creativity. In fact, when you’ve finished walking through it, you almost want to start again because you’re convinced you’ve missed something the first time around.

What amazes me most is seeing what can be achieved when talented interior designers, artisans and brands collaborate. The level of detail, the layering of materials and the creativity on display is truly inspiring.

I made a conscious effort not to look at too many photos on Instagram before my visit. It wasn’t easy! But I wanted to experience each room for myself, and I’m so glad I did.

If you’re planning to visit, my advice would be simple: take your time. Look up, look down, listen, and really take in all the details. There’s so much more to each room than first meets the eye.

Afterwards, I enjoyed lunch at with two interior designers & .studio I met through IDBS , who had travelled from Australia and Scotland for the event. One of the things I love most about this industry is the people you meet and the friendships you make along the way.

I then finished the afternoon at the CDQ Street Party on the King’s Road, which was my first time attending. It had such a great atmosphere, wonderful hospitality and a real sense of community.

Days like this remind me why I love this industry so much.

So here’s to design, creativity, collaboration and a city like London that brings it all together.

May — Where Did You Go? ☀️🌸

I honestly can’t believe it’s the 1st of June already.

May seemed to disappear in a flash, but it was filled with beautiful weather, family time and some fantastic design events.

We were lucky to have an incredible half term with the kids, making the most of the sunshine and enjoying some much-needed time together. Sometimes those simple family moments are just as important as everything else going on.

Alongside that, I managed to fit in Clerkenwell Design Week, Chelsea in Bloom and my first visit to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show .

What struck me most about Chelsea was how many different reasons people had for being there. Some came for the gardens, some for the planting, some for the design, and others simply for a lovely day out. That’s what makes it so special.

I attended on one of the hottest days of the week and made a conscious decision to arrive at 8am — definitely the right choice. The gardens were quieter, the atmosphere calmer, and I had time to really take everything in.

One of the highlights of the month was sharing Clerkenwell Design Week with my Canadian friend , an interior designer from Vancouver. We spent the day discovering new products, discussing brands we both knew and sharing ideas from opposite sides of the Atlantic.

For me, that’s one of the best parts of design events — not just the inspiration, but the conversations and connections you make along the way.

Now June is here, and I’m looking forward to seeing what the next month brings.

Where did May take you?

I’ll be honest… I absolutely love a house renovation.

The moment I finish one project, I’m already thinking about the next — showing my husband properties on , talking about homes abroad and imagining what could be restored or completely reworked.

I know that probably sounds exhausting to some people, but for me it’s exciting.

What I love most is that every property is different. Every building has its own architecture, character and story — and every renovation requires a completely different approach.

For me, renovation is never just about making a home look beautiful. It’s about seeing potential, improving how people live, bringing back character and collaborating with architects, builders and trades to bring a vision to life.

It’s not always easy, but there’s something incredibly rewarding about watching a tired property become a home again.

Why renovate?

Because creating a home with intention is a pretty amazing thing.
