🌧️ RAIN, RAIN, GO AWAY… OR DOES IT MATTER? 😂🪟
As we head into the wetter winter months, we thought we'd clear up a little misconception about window cleaning in the rain!
We often hear people say, “What's the point in having your windows cleaned when it's raining? They'll only get dirty again!”
Well, not necessarily! 😉
💧 A little light drizzle isn't a problem for us.
We use a professional pure-water, water-fed pole system to clean your windows. The water is purified to remove the minerals and impurities found in ordinary tap water, allowing your windows to dry naturally without the usual water marks.
🌦️ So, if there's a bit of drizzle in the air on your cleaning day, there's generally no reason why we can't crack on as normal!
In fact, rain doesn't automatically make freshly cleaned windows dirty again. Marks often appear when rainwater runs over dirt, dust and grime that's already on the glass, frames and sills.
🌧️ BUT… there's a difference between a bit of drizzle and it absolutely LASHING it down! 😂
We're not daft! We're not going to battle through torrential rain or unsafe weather just for the sake of it. If conditions aren't suitable, we'll make the sensible decision.
So please don't assume your window clean is a waste of money just because the weather forecast shows a few showers. We're in Britain, after all… we'd never get anything done if we waited for sunshine! 🇬🇧🤣
