The people who celebrate you when you’re winning, but more importantly, the people who stand beside you when you’re not 💕

The people who lift you up when unkindness tries to knock you down. Who have your back when you’re not in the room. Who believe in your vision when others make you question it. Who remind you of your worth when you’ve momentarily forgotten it yourself 🥹

I’ve learned that you can’t control what people say, how they behave, or the intentions they carry. But you can choose who you surround yourself with — and finding people who genuinely want to see you succeed is one of life’s greatest gifts 🩷

Day 2 of our Sea-cret Adventure did not disappoint … 🥹💙

Sun, sea dips, boat rides, loch dips, fish & chips, river dips… and the most incredible group of ladies to share it all with ✨

We can organise the trips, plan the adventures and choose the destinations, but it’s the group that brings the real magic. And for this group, I’ll be forever grateful 💙

Even more special knowing that for some of our lovely ladies, this was their first ever overnight trip away with us — and what a way to make those first memories! 🥹✨

A truly unforgettable sea-cret trip, filled with laughter, adventure, new experiences and the kind of memories you wish you could bottle up and keep forever 🙏🏻
